What is Domain Hosting Shop's refund policy?

Refunds are not available for domain name registrations or renewals. The domain name registration process does not support cancellation once the domain name has been registered or renewed.

Some hosting products have a cooling-off period, which means you can cancel the purchase during that period and receive a refund.  In some circumstances, this may be minus a cancellation fee. Renewals of existing domain name licences are not subject to a cooling-off period. The cooling off period, if any, will be described in the terms and conditions for the product. See our Terms of service for current terms and conditions.

If you choose to cancel a pay-by-the-month hosting package, you will have to pay all charges up to and including the month of cancellation. In general, pro-rata refunds are not available, except where expressly described in the terms and conditions for the package.

Please note that cancellation of many products requires written authorisation, which can be done by simply emailing us at support@domainhostingshop.com.au from an email address associated with your account.  You can also log in to your client account to cancel a product.
