What is Domain Hosting Shop's refund policy?
| In general, refunds are not available for domain name registrations or renewals. This is due to the administrative costs associated with the registration process. Some hosting products and domain name registrations have a cooling-off period, which means you can cancel the purchase during that period and receive a refund. In some circumstances this may be minus a cancellation fee. Renewals of existing domain name licences are not subject to a cooling-off period. The cooling off period, if any, will be described in the terms and conditions for the product. See Policies for current terms and conditions. If you choose to cancel a pay-by-the-month hosting package, you will have to pay all charges up to and including the month of cancellation. In general, pro-rata refunds are not available, except where expressly described in the terms and conditions for the package. Please note that cancellation of many products requires written authorisation. |
