How to whitelist or blacklist an email address

You're now able to permanently "Whitelist" an email address or domain so their messages are never tagged as spam, and you can also "Blacklist" an email address or domain so that their messages are blocked.

To do so, you just need to log into cPanel and follow the steps below;

- When you've logged in to cPanel, click on "MailScanner Configuration".  It's in the "Mail" section of the cPanel interface.

- Click on "Email Black/Whitelist settings"

- If you want to whitelist an email address, type the email address in the "Spam Whitelist" section and click the "Change" button.

- To whitelist an entire domain, type *@domainname.com in the "Spam Whitelist" section and click the "Change" button.

- If you want to blacklist an email address, type the email address in the "Spam Blacklist" section and click the "Change" button.

- To blacklist an entire domain, type *@domainname.com in the "Spam Blacklist" section and click the "Change" button.
