Domain passwords (also called an EPP code) are only required when you want to transfer your domain name to another registrar. If you don't want to transfer your domain name, and just want to re-delegate it to another server, please follow the instructions here.
To retrieve your domain password, please follow the steps below;
For ALL domain names ending in .au
Go to http://admin.auda.org.au/password_recovery/blank_recover_password.faces and enter your domain name to retrieve your domain password. Your password will be emailed to the registrant email address associated with your domain name.
For other TLD's such as .com .net .infoPlease email support@domainhostingshop.com.au to request your domain password. If your intention is to transfer the domain to another registrar, you will also need to request that the domain name is unlocked. Your password will be emailed to the registrant email address associated with your domain name.
e.g. "Please provide the domain password/EPP code and unlock my domain name joebloggs.com as I would like to transfer it to another registrar."
