To update renewal options of any domain name you have registered with us, simply log in to our client area from our home page at https://clients.domainhostingshop.com.au/clientarea.php
When you've logged in, follow the instructions below;
1. Click on "My Domains" at the top of the page
2. You should end up on a page listing whatever domain names you have with us.
3. Click theicon next to the domain name that you want to update
4. Here you will see your domain details. There will be a title that says "Auto Renew", and under it there will be text that either says...
- "Current Status: Enabled" - meaning that the domain name will be automatically renewed), or
- "Current Status: Disabled" - meaning that the domain name will NOT be automatically renewed.
5. To enable or disable auto-renew, click the button next to this text.
Please note: If an invoice has already been generated for the domain renewal, you will need to send us an email to request that we cancel the invoice at least 2 business days before the invoice is due.
If you want to cancel the invoice less than 2 business days before it's due, you will need to phone us on 1300 727 334 to request cancellation of the invoice.
If you don't request cancellation of your renewal invoice, you will still be charged when the invoice is due, and your domain name will still be renewed.
