How to cancel your hosting plan

To cancel your hosting plan, please follow the instructions below.

1.  Log in to your client area.  Your client area can be found at https://clients.domainhostingshop.com.au/clientarea.php

2.  When you've logged in, click on "My Services" at the top of the page.  You will then be shown a list of the web hosting or email hosting plans you have with us.

3.  Next to each plan is a "View details" button.  Click on the button next to the plan you want to cancel.

4.  This screen shows the details of the plan you've selected.  To cancel this plan, click on "Request cancellation" that appears in the "Management actions" menu.

5.  On this page, please let us know why you're cancelling, and choose whether you want to cancel at the end of your current billing period, or immediately.  There are no refunds for unused billing periods on any of our plans.  Clicking the "Request cancellation" button on this page will submit your cancellation request to us.  If you have a domain name that is related to the plan, you will also be given the option of cancelling the domain name.

IMPORTANT!

If you currently have a custom DNS plan and still need it, you should not select "Immediate", as your custom DNS records will be removed. To ensure this doesn't happen, you will need to notify us by email that you would like to cancel your hosting plan, and allow us 2 business days to set up separate DNS records for you.
