If you've lost your control panel password, we now have an easy way for you to retrieve it!  Just follow these simple steps;


STEP 1
Simply go to https://clients.domainhostingshop.com.au/pwreset.php and type in your email address.  We'll then send you an email so you can reset your password for our client support system.



STEP 2
When you've reset your password for our support system, log in using your email address & password.



STEP 3
Click on "My Services".  You'll then see your hosting plans listed.



STEP 4
Click on the "View Details" button.  There you will see your control panel username and password.  You can even click the "login" button and it will log you in!
