If your previous account uses CPanel, we can take care of the process for you. We offer free transfer of all files, databases, web stats, and even email on the old server. The only thing left for you to do is to transfer the domain name or switch the nameservers over to us.

To find out if you have CPanel, check the control panel address where you login to manage your old account. If it's CPanel, the address will be one of the following:

• yourdomain.com/cpanel
• yourdomain.com:2082
• yourdomain.com:2083

To start off, we need the details of your previous host. If you have a welcome email from them you could forward that to us. The important information that we need is:

1. Your website URL
2. Your old account name
3. Your old host's website URL
4. Your account name with your old host
5. And lastly, the password from your old hosting account

We cannot extend this service free of charge if your previous host does not support CPanel. Inquire if you are still interested in making arrangements.
