To change your cPanel & FTP password, please follow the steps below;

STEP 1
Simply go to http://www.domainhostingshop.com.au and log in to your client account using your account email address and password.



STEP 3
When you've logged in, click on "My Hosting Plans".  You'll then see your hosting plans listed.



STEP 4
Click on the "View Details" button next to the plan that you want to chnage the password for.  There you will see your current control panel username and password, and an area to change the password.
