Upgrading or downgrading your plan

To upgrade or downgrade your plan, you just need to log in to your client area at https://clients.domainhostingshop.com.au/clientarea.php

When you've logged in, follow the instructions below;

1.  Click on "My Services"

2.  You should end up on a page listing whatever plans you have with us.

3.  Click the View Details icon next to the plan that you want to downgrade or upgrade

4.  Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "Upgrade / Downgrade Package" button.

5.  A list of plans that you're able to switch to is shown.  Choose the plan that you want to switch to by selecting the renewal period and clicking the "Click to continue >>" button.  Please note that we do not provide refund for the unused period when you're downgrading a plan.  We do however provide a credit if you're upgrading, so upgrades are free.

6.  If there are any differences in costs between the plans, the amount of payment required to switch is shown.  

7.  Choose your payment method and click the "Click to continue >>" button.

8.  If your plan switch requires payment, pay the invoice that has been generated and your order will processed as soon as your payment has gone through.  Please note that if you elect to pay by bank deposit, your order will take 3 business days to process.
