A network error occurred during your login request. Please try again.

This strange cPanel error means that your cPanel password isn't strong enough, so logins to cPanel have been blocked until you reset it.

Your cPanel password can be reset in your client area.

STEP 1
Log in to your client area at https://clients.domainhostingshop.com.au/clientarea.php

STEP 2
When you've logged in, click on "My Services".  You'll then see your hosting services listed.

STEP 3
Click on the service that you want to change the password for.

STEP 4
Click on the link "Change password" tab on the left.  You will then find fields to change the password.

STEP 5
Update your password to a stronger password.  You should also be able to log in to cPanel from this section once you have updated your password.
