Accessing your Email while travelling overseas

When you travel overseas, you may find it difficult to access your email at airports, hotels, or other public Wi-Fi networks.

This happens because our system blocks most overseas logins to protect your account from spammers and hackers. Since 99% of attacks come from outside Australia, your login may sometimes be flagged as suspicious.

To make sure you can still read and send email while overseas, we recommend one of the following options:

Option 1: Use Webmail through cPanel

You can securely access your email anywhere in the world using Webmail in your cPanel account.

How to log in:

  1. Go to our customer portal: https://clients.domainhostingshop.com.au

  2. Sign in with your account email address and password.

  3. Under Services, select your hosting service.

  4. Click Login to cPanel.

  5. In cPanel, choose Email Accounts.

  6. Next to your email address, click Check Email.

  7. Select a Webmail app (e.g. Roundcube) to view and send email securely.

Option 2: Use a VPN with an Australian connection

A VPN lets you connect to the internet as if you were in Australia. Once connected, you can use your usual email program (e.g. Outlook, Apple Mail, or your phone’s email app) without issues.

✅ Tip: Please test your chosen method before you leave Australia, as fixing issues may be harder once you are overseas.
