Account fees & late payment fees

From the 1st September 2007 Domain Hosting Shop has introduced a $10.00 late payment fee that is implemented 7 days after the due date.

It is unfortunate that we have to do this, but we have spent a considerable amount of time chasing clients for payment, when all we are trying to do is ensure that you don't lose the rights to your domain name, or that your web site doesn't just disappear!

If you would like to ensure that you are not charged a late payment fee, please make sure you keep your credit card details up to date in our client area.

Please note: all clients are always sent a tax invoice by email, regardless of payment method. We verify that all invoices are received on the day that they are sent. Clients claiming that they did not receive an invoice after the due date are still required to pay the late payment fee.
