How do I renew my domain name?

To renew a domain name you have registered with us, simply log in to our client area from our home page at http://www.domainhostingshop.com.au/

Once you're logged in, follow the instructions below to renew your domain name;

1.  Click on "My Domains".  You will then see a list of domain names you have registered through us.

2.  Click the "Manage Domain" button next to the domain name that you want to renew.

3.  Here you will see your domain details. 

4.  To renew the domain name, click the "Renew Now" button and follow the instructions displayed.

5.  For domains other than ".au" domain, you can usually select the amount of time you want to renew the domain for.  

5.  When you have done this, click the "Order Renewal" button.

6.  An invoice for the renewal is then generated.  

7.  Pay the invoice that has been generated, and your order will processed as soon as your payment has gone through.  Please note that if you elect to pay by bank deposit, your order will take 3 business days to process.  As of 30th July 2010, Domain Hosting Shop no longer accepts payment by cheque.  Domain renewals paid by credit card are done immediately.
