How to reset your email password

To reset your email password, please follow the instructions below;

1.  Close any email programs and shut down mail apps on any devices accessing your email.

2.  Log into cPanel using the username and password provided in your setup email.  If you don't have login details for cPanel, please submit a ticket requesting them.

3.  On the cPanel main screen, click on "Email Accounts.

4.  On the Email Accounts screen, you will see a list of email accounts set up for your domain.  Click on the "Change Password" link next to the account you want to update.

5.  Type your new password in the password fields, and then click on the "Change Password" button.

6.  Your password has now been re-set.  Be sure to update any email programs and devices with your new password, so that you are not locked out of the system.

If you are locked out of the system, this is usually only a temporary block that lasts for 30 minutes.  Further login failures can extend that time.  We suggest that you disable email on all devices for 30 minutes, and then try enabling and updating passwords one-by-one to ensure that the block time is not extended.  If you are blocked after that, please follow the instructions on the front page of our support area.  If you urgently need a block removed, then you will need priority support.
