Phone support is already included in our Small Business & Business Plus Plans. On our Starter Plans, phone support can also be purchased on an ad-hoc basis, at a cost of $10 per support incident.
Our phone support doesn't include helping you configure your device/email program, or resolving more complex issues on the phone that can usually be resolved over email with adequate information provided by you.
Don't despair though! If you are unable to configure your device or email program, or you have an urgent issue, we are here to help get you up and running!
Priority support is for companies that need to be able to phone up to get assistance with more complex issues. This is great for companies that don't have a dedicated IT person, as some people are just not technically minded.
An example of this is phoning up to have an email address set up for you. We set up the email box in cPanel for you, and walk you through the process of setting it up in your email program.
Other examples include providing IT support for more complex issues that are not caused or related to your hosting with us.
We take care of the all the complex stuff for you, leaving you to focus on more important areas of your business!
Priority support is billed at a cost of $70 per hour, billed in half hour increments. It can also include connecting to your device remotely using TeamViewer to get things up and running.
