You're now able to permanently "Whitelist" an email address or domain so their messages are never tagged as spam, and you can also "Blacklist" an email address or domain so that their messages are blocked.

To do so, you just need to follow the steps below;

- If you want to whitelist an email address, send an email with the senders domain or email address in the subject line to whitelist@domainhostingshop.com.au

- To whitelist an entire domain, send an email with the senders domain in the subject line to to whitelist@domainhostingshop.com.au

- If you want to blacklist an email address, send an email with the senders domain or email address in the subject line to blacklist@domainhostingshop.com.au

- To blacklist an entire domain, send an email with the senders domain in the subject line to to blacklist@domainhostingshop.com.au

NOTE: Emails sent to these addresses that follow the above instructions are processed automatically, so you will not get a response from our staff other than the automated response you receive.
