How do I access my Hosting / Email Control Panel?

To access your Hosting / Email Control Panel do the following:

FOR CPANEL ACCOUNTS

  1. Open a Web browser and enter ‘cpanel.’ followed by your full domain name and hit Enter. For example:
    http://cpanel.domainname.com


    If you are attempting to access the Control Panel for a new account, your domain name may not work if propagation has not yet taken place, in which case you'll want to use your IP address instead. For example:
    http://10.110.10.10/cpanel/


    Please refer to your setup email to find out your IP address


  2. Now enter the username and password that was supplied to you in the setup email from us at the time you purchased your Hosting / Email solution.

    On success, your Control Panel is displayed. You are now ready to set up and maintain your Hosting / Email solution(s).



FOR HSPHERE ACCOUNTS

 

  1. Open a Web browser and go to http://manage.domainhostingshop.com.au


  2. Now enter the username and password that was supplied to you in the setup email from us at the time you purchased your Hosting / Email solution.

    On success your Control Panel is displayed. You are now ready to set up and maintain your Hosting / Email solution(s).




FOR ENSIM ACCOUNTS (PRE 2006) OR WINDOWS HOSTING ACCOUNTS

 

  1. Open a Web browser and enter ‘www’ followed by your full domain name followed by ‘/admin/’ and hit Enter. For example:
    http://www.domainname.com/admin/


    If you are attempting to access the Control Panel for a new account, your domain name may not work if propagation has not yet taken place, in which case you'll want to use your IP address instead. For example:
    http://10.110.10.10/admin/


    Please refer to your setup email to find out your IP address.  If you don't have your setup email, please contact support.


  2. Now enter the username and password that was supplied to you in the setup email from us at the time you purchased your Hosting / Email solution.

    On success your Control Panel is displayed. You are now ready to set up and maintain your Hosting / Email solution(s).
