How to log in by FTP without re-delegating my domain?

In this case you can use the server's IP address for FTP server name when configuring your FTP connection.

In most cases this is supplied in your setup email with the subject "Hosting account settings" as your "Temporary FTP Hostname".

If you can't find your setup email, log in to your client area from our home page at http://www.domainhostingshop.com.au and go to the "my emails" section. You will find your setup email there which contains the words "Hosting Account Settings" in the subject line.

Always make sure you upload to the "public_html" directory.
